samsayshe @mollysansan okay I have taken some pics and measurements.. shoulder to shoulder it's 14.5 inches. The front and back are different lengths cause the neck scoops down I have measured both sides and taken pics. The tie doesn't hit my waist it's a bit higher but where the tie is it measures about 15 inches. It doesn't lay flat cause the back panel is more narrow than the two front pieces.
