Anthropologie floral smocked top xl

Beautiful delicate smocked bodice top. Lightly puffed sleeves. Can’t tell if it’s navy or black and white. I think it reads as either. Great for a work top or with shorts for a more casual vibe. Anthropologie brand size xl. No signs of wear and in great condition!
