Anthropologie holding horses tunic/dress

Gorgeous blue that fades to dusty rose, love the contrasting tassels, can leave untied for deep vneck or tie for round neck, gathered sleeves, excellent condition (only worn twice), runs large - I usually wear a 4 tall and this fit me as a shorter dress
