Anthropologie lace overlay dress

This dress has a cream lace overlay that hangs over a black slinky sheath dress. It has only been worn once and is in pristine condition. It is a size small, but I thought fit more like a medium. I’m 5’7” and 130 lbs. it was a little big on me, but fit great with a belt cinched at waist.
