Anthropologie long sleeve shear pleated dress Sz S NWT

Bought this maybe a month ago and just haven’t worn it. Moving Dec 20 so make me an offerr!!! Brand new, never worn. Looks very cute belted. I’m 5’3” and it hits just above my ankles. It’s a Small but style is forgiving, you couldd definitely wear it if you’re more of a medium. I usually wear M at Anthro for reference.
