Anthropologie maxi dress - aqua blue with awesome embroidery along the neckline

Fun and funky anthropologie maxi dress. Beautiful color- great for the beach or as a dress. The fabric is slightly sheer but I have worn it as a dress with nothing underneath. Gentle used condition - small spot on the front as seen in pictures.
