@quaintrellette I am very sorry for the delay. It is size 0. Still with tag on and breathtaking. It has a side zipper and elastic shimmering waistline( not a lot of stretch though) If I measured it correctly the waist is about 13 inches.

@denizsu thanks so much! Someone else has a 0 but they say the waist is 24”. Another listed s 2 as having a 37” waist. Is their size control that bad? I need 26” but not smaller unless it’s elastic.
