Anthropologie mermaid brand blue carousel dress XS

Anthropologie dress, the mermaid sublabel. In great condition, from a pet and smoke free home. The bottom is a bit sheer, so I always wore it with a nude skirt slip. There’s a light mark on the back side, seen in the 4th photo, at the edge of the hem. I only noticed this when I took photos for the listing, and I think it’s part of the print.
