This is a gorgeous like new condition women’s blouse from Anthropologie. It is from their postage stamp line and a size extra small. The top features, a vivid green underlay and a beautiful chunky navy lace over top. The top has cap sleeves, ruching at the bust, and a peplum style bottom.
