foxtrotdancer Hello! Thanks for the offer! Do you happen to know how many stars of reviews the dress got on Anthropologie? Is the lining as full as the dress? Can you see any reason why I can’t stitch up the slit at the front? Finally, what are the bust and waist measurements? Thanks! Deborah

foxtrotdancer What I mean is, is the skirt of the lining cut to the same proportions as the skirt? So many manufacturers make full-skirted dresses with straight slips or linings. It destroys the look of the dress and doesn't look good on anyone with hips. I've recently lost weight and am now proportional for the first time in very many years, but I still hate straight slips. One of my pet peeves! I also forgot to ask whether the dress has horizontal bust darts. If it does, it's likely a deal breaker. Deborah

eghoraye @foxtrotdancer oh no the slip is not straight it has the same dimensions as the dress . I will get the measurements later tonight

eghoraye @foxtrotdancer pit to pit is 16” waist is 14” but the back is elastic so it can stretch out a bit more. I also added a picture of the inside of the skirt where the buttons are and it is actually very easy to stitch it all closed
