Brand-Hi There by Karen Walker bought at Anthropologie - aqua green & navy polka dot sheer tunic. - balloon sleeves -looks great 1/2 tucked or tucked in. -styled with denim in photo. - slight pulling of fabric in 2 spots - looks intentional (photographed) -Care tag removed due to fabric being see-thru.
