Anthropologie strapless dress

Anthropologie strapless dress with empire waist and pockets. Originally purchased at Anthropologie but has "We Vera" tag. The 5th picture has the best color representation. It has an off white back ground with a slightly faded red and blue foreground (these are the colors as they appeared new). I wore this for the forth of July. It is in new used condition.
