Anthropologie tie-back floral midi dress NWT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @nash_f19. Tried it on only — it’s still NWT. There’s elastic smocking at the bust, which makes the sizing pretty forgiving (I’m usually a size 12-14 and this fit). I love the color and the florals on the fabric, and the romantic, puffed sleeve style. Questions? Leave a comment below!
