Robin peplum blouse sold by Anthropologie. Lots of details on this one, done with a sister fabric on the ruffles, waistband and around the arm openings. Just a slight stretch to this fabric and it has a elasticized waist band in the back. Done throughout with a metallic thread. Brand new condition.
