hi Jane- is the puckering just from where the hanger clamps were? it's hard to tell from the pictures since they are black. thank you!

hi! yes, the puckering is from the hanger clamps. I stored the pants by folding them in half and clamping them, so the puckering is about mid-thigh on both legs.
