Anthropologie's Pilcro denim bustier top. The size is a 14. It can be worn with or without straps. The straps are adjustable. 100% cotton. Half side zipper. Machine wash. I think it will fit a 10 or a 12 better. It runs a little small. It will stretch up to 20" across but it'll be a snug fit. The chest fits better at an 18-19" across.
