Reposhing this item I purchased from @mitch327. Never wore- dress is nwt. Floor length, around 59” long. High neck style. Multicolored on black background. Bust approx. 16” across, but fabric is ruched so has some space. Waist is empire waist. Approx 14.5” across. See photos.
