Anthropology royal blue lace dress made by Moulinette Soeurs. Elastic waistband, pleated from the waist down, pockets on each side, sleeveless, detailed neckline and back closure. The length is short and above the knees. I wore it for a wedding and color of the dress popped out in all the pictures.
