Anthro’s Moon River striped cutout tie front linen dress

Very fun bright striped low v cutout dress by anthropologie’s Moon River. Tie front at bust. Side zipper and hook closure. Ruched elastic back. Straps are adjustable and attached with buttons. Stylish buttons down front. Excellent condition. *my dress form is a little too big so I was unable to zip completely. Zipper is fully functional. Bust flat 15”. Waist 11.5”. Length though slightly adjustable 40”.
