This top has elastic hem and a slight elastic around sleeve (see pic). V neck with a cute bow, fabric is light, soft to touch and flowy. Super cute with jeans or shorts. Is a large size but pretty sure it would fit a med or small just a little more room. Shoulder to hem 25” Armpit to armpit 20”
