This 1860s ring is a total showstopper. It’s a statement piece with two large amethysts surrounded a large garnet in the center. Mourning jewelry was incredibly popular in Victorian times and was often made in someone’s memory so these are always very special pieces. On the inside of the band you’ll see a 10K stamp which speaks to the gold used in the band. The ring is currently sized at an 8 but can be adjusted as needed.

As a frindly FYI, this isn't a mourning item. Rings were not part of mourning attire. They sometimes wore mourning brooches. This ring
would be considered garrish and improper for someone in mourning.
