It measures 1 3/16” x 3/8” There are three hallmarks: 1. the 56 indicates gold of the 56th spool sample (585 modem) and stands for 14k gold. This was used in russia until 1927. 2. The head stamp or “kokoshnik” 3. пр is the makers mark indicating the city where it was made.
