Antique 1891-1921 Oriental China Vase. China Vase Double Handles Cobalt Blue Pai

Beautiful rare antique oriental Nippon China Vase stamped on the base with the words Oriental China Nippon in blue. Van Patten's # 70. This ball shaped vase was made between 1891 and 1921 a gorgeous cobalt blue color heavily guilt by 24 karat gold accents and lovely textured gold Moriage. The hand painted large pink red roses are on both sides of the vase accented with light green leaves. The vase has two distinct scroll shape handles on each side. This piece stands 6.5 inches tall. Opening is 2.25 inches wide. 5.5 inches wide at the whitest portion. The base is 3 inches wide. After very close examination, I am stunned to not have found any chips, cracks or nicks. The gilding is still very nice on the body of the piece, and I see normal from this age gold worn on the top edge of the vase in areas on the base. See my pics. Noted there is white, porcelain. showing through on the top edge. And it is because when it was originally painted, it was missed. Quite impressive for a vase to look this good after 100 years of use. Non smoking, pet free home.
