It is hallmarked inside case with multiple maker's mark 750,CA, Swiss.8401 On the mechanical part of the watch you have 2938172,5 ADJ, 18 Jewels Made for Grogan & CO by Longines W Ca. Switzerland...see picture. The watch measures approx 32 mm by 22 mm . Weight approx 12.1 grams. Watch is running . I have not watched to see how accurate it is keeping time. May benefit to have it serviced due to its age. Seems like a hairline fracture on the dial from 9 to 3. Hard to see but needed to mention for accuracy.
