Antique 1901-1910 Adolf Diesinger German ceramic beer stein. #802 "Musicians". 1 Liter capacity. Scene depicting two musicians, flowers, gnomes, castle, mushrooms and a pup. Banners with text "Hopfen u. Malz Gott erhalte" (Hops and malt, may God preserve them) and "Gerste u. Hopfen geben Wundertropfen" (Barley and hops give wondrous drops). Ram on the handle. Stamped 1L. on rim. Stamped "802", "DRGM 154927", "Gesetzlich Geschulzt" on bottom (the second and third stamps are faint). Crazing to the glaze and some wear consistent with use and age. Color is wonderful. No chips. Crack in glaze on the bottom and on the interior. They appear to be superficial. Lid is missing. Please see photos and video for condition.
