I love it even more after learning that this was a trophy given for ‘best display or Golden Campines’, a specific breed of chicken. A stunning decor piece to add to any bookshelf etc. in great antique condition, especially given age. Paint is chipping off of wood base, but in my opinion it adds to the overall patina, age & interest of piece. Trophy portion could be polished if desired, or left left as is depending on preference. Such a cool piece!
