For your consideration is this lovely antique Intaglio Glass, commonly referred to as Goofus Glass, platter produced by Indiana Glass Company of Dunkirk, Indiana. The pattern, called "Roses in Snow", was introduced by the company in 1915 and features a stunning Art Nouveau style with intaglio cut filigree and scroll design elements, red rose medallions, green stems, and crimped edges. The bottom was "Cold-Painted" with enamel. This method was only used for a short few years as the finish didn't hold up well to standard dish cleaning. It measures 11 inches in diameter x 1.25 inches high. As seen in the photos, a good bit of the enameling is no longer present on the underside. The platter is still lovely nonetheless.
