Antique 1920s Chiffon Silk Dress Handkerchief Tiers Rhinestone Belt XS

Step back in time with this exquisite 1920s chiffon silk dress. Featuring handkerchief tiers and a sparkling rhinestone belt, this dress is a delicate piece of fashion history. This dress is all silk Chiffon. It is around a size XS based on the measurements. See photo of measurements taken flat from one side. Length of dress is at the bottom tier which trains out. The belt is 27.5". This dress was not cleaned or pressed but is in nice preserved condition. There are some flaws. Under the arms there is some yellowing. I don't see any holes. This would do better to be cleaned for freshness but I have left it as found.
