Antique 1930’s bright blue and black star dress

In a excellent antique condition, no slight fray of the golden paper stars is common norm for its age. It’s for a tall 5’6 woman and for petite women (you can wear it with platforms). No major flaws to note. It looks like it was worn in the theater stage of the 1930’s! It has paper panniers on the sides of the skirt part. The bodice has velvet and a sequin star.
