Antique 1930s crepe dress.

Black crepe 1930s dress with beautiful scalloped skirting around the hips and hand made crepe buttons at the back near the neck line. The condition of the dress is good and can still be worn. I wore this to the Ritz Carlton 33 years ago for a Kennedy fundraiser as a “creative black tie” affair. My hair was pulled up with a hat and veil and black feathers.
