Antique 9Kt Gold British Spinner Pendant Wax Seal

There’s so much to say about this beautiful pendant! It’s a pure 9kt gold Spinner Fob/Wax Seal from Birmingham. I’ve collected English Gold and Silver for years and am very familiar with the Hallmarks. This piece could’ve been carved with the owners initials then used with sealing wax to impress their initials on the back of an envelope to securely close the contents. This one has Carnelian on one side and Bloodstone (dk green with red flecks) on the reverse. It’s made in Birmingham, England (The Anchor) with full British hallmarks. 375 for 9k gold, Dated to 1860, it’s in excellent condition. The antique attachment at the top is called an Albert Clasp, it is gold filled.
