This collection features 8 pieces of sheet music from Al Jolson. Titles included are:

Minor wear to cover with no rips or tears to pages noted.

There is a tear on the right edge.
- There's a Rainbow 'Round My Shoulder: By Al Jolson, Billy Rose and Dave Dreyer circa 1928.
- My Mammy: Words by Joe Young & Sam Lewis and Music by Walter Donaldson circa 1921.
Small tear along the right edge of the front cover. There is some separation of the cover from the inner pages but it is still attached in the center.
