Nov-e-Line started as Distinctive Jewelry Co in 1919 in New York City. Two years later the company changed its name to Noveline Mfg Co known as Nov-e-Line. This lovely brooch was created in the Art Deco period. Hallmarked on the back with NovELine. Measures 1 3/4 x 1/2”
