Antique Brass/Cameo Tiny Box, made in Italy

Tiny exquisite antique box. Measures 2" long by just under 1" wide, by 1/2 deep. The box is a brass weathered (possibly gilded at one time), lovely engraved pattern all over, used, patina original to when purchased in the 80s in Cape Cod, Ma. The top is a detailed scene of heavenly ladies, cherubs, a horse, angels all going somewhere important. It is carved into a material like bone, shell,or glass, (Not sure). It has a cameo appearance and has a soft raised surface. Hinge works, softly snaps closed, made very well. This was someone's special object a long time age. I displayed all these years in a curio cabinet. Pill box, tuft of hair, tiny memories that are special. Stamped 'made in Italy' inside.
