Antique Concord Women’s Watch wrist 5.5 inches

This watch is high end design. Real gold also inside mechanism. Tiffany & Company bought the same watch back then and put their name on it and sold for 2 thousands dollars a few years as vintage back online. This watch is high value design watch as well and sold around 1k. It was working a year ago when I put in a new battery. Not working now but need a new battery , some scratches. Retro thin flat antique watch. I guessed it’s still ticking as I finished setting it up for pictures but very slowly off time so it’ll still need a new battery. In pictures you can see it started at 3pm and an hour later it was 3:10pm noted on the pictures.
