Antique Edwardian Blue Zircon and Diamond Platinum Cocktail Dome Bombe Ring

Crafted in platinum (unmarked, electronically tested minimum 900 platinum) this ring is in excellent antique condition having just been refurbished by our antique restorer. It is delightfully detailed with hand applied milgrain, engraving and piercework, a true testament to the craftsmanship of the Edwardian Era Circa 1901-1915. The interior of the band is marked with a number A2891 and makers mark C&VR, we were not able to find any information on the maker. The center Natural Blue Zircon is Old European Cut and measures approximately 8.70mm round and is surrounded by an additional 0.70 ctw antique Old European Cut diamonds of excellent color and clarity. This treasure is ready to be worn and loved for another hundred years. Zircon is a natural mined gemstone and is one of the birthstones for December. Ring measures 14.62mm North the South at its widest point and tapers to 1.72 at the back of the band, it measures approximately 8mm at its highest point from the finger.
