Antique Elgin Engraved Pendant Watch on Gold Filled Chain Non-Working

This watch by Elgin is believed to be from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. It does not work and the hinge to the case is missing, plus there is a crack in the glass cover. From and appraiser the details follow: Elgin movement #15474971, 20 year Dueber case, O size movement, 15 jewel, case damaged. Attached to watch is a gold filled curb link chain with slide that is set with two round 2mm turquoise cabochon cut stones. Thanks for taking a look!
