Antique Freshwater Pearl Ring Size 5

Delicate, antique freshwater pearl ring. It is in fair condition, there are pearls missing but it is not noticeable (in my opinion). I purchased it at an estate sale some years ago because I have small hands and it is unique, but I don't really wear a lot of jewelry. I say it is a size 5. I have small hands but as you can see they are a bit chunky.
