Antique Girl's wool royal blue 💙 coat size small

this adorable little time traveler is professionally made it dates to the 30s or 40s there are supposed to be six silver buttons to are missing. the design is so charming it is has a double collar and it is lined with a rayon fabric there is a number of issues with condition I recommend that it be used for display and not for where it is however adorable it could use a dry cleaning as well please see photo for measurements.
