Antique Gorgeous handmade Lace, on net skirt.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hand embroidered lace over mesh antique skirt. It is not perfect, has some pinholes as seen in the pics, but still so pretty!It has a thin fabric waist band,& waist measured, lying flat ,side to side, is 24 inches. There are two tiny snaps on the side. Waist to hem is 32 ins.There are 3 tiers of scalloped lace on the skirt. The skirt has no lining.
