Vintage Hettich 400-Day Torsion Clock - German Anniversary Mantel Clock The bottom twirls but doesnt keep the right time - I am not a expert on clocks but it twirls like it is suppose to and is in nice shape but like i said doesnt keep the right time please make note Vintage Hettich West Germany Anniversary Clock. I picked this up at an estate sale so I know nothing about it. The dome is plastic. It takes a C battery.
