Cut Steel Micro-Bead Shoe Buckles were popular during the Mid-Victorian Era of 1850 - 1880. Holfast shoe buckles were made in France. The lighter silver shade of beads are round and resemble today's seed beads. The darker silver are faceted and remarkably shiny. Circa: 1850-1880
