Antique Irish Lace Top and Skirt

I bought this dress on Etsy thinking it could be my wedding outfit. I tried it on and it just didn't feel like it was the one. I never wore it and it is in mint condition. The woman I bought it from was from France, but I'm not sure of the origin of it. It is a lace style that is an absolute astonishment even to seasoned crochet lace experts.
