Antique Javanese Indonesian Reverse Glass Painting

Circa 1920-1950 it shows a wayanag kulit (shadow puppet) leading men atop a large golden-scaled fish with black whiskers and pointed teeth. Two rows of six purple faced golden fish swim in the foreground. A strikingly beautiful example of this art form. In the frame it measures 17.5" W x 13.25" H x 0.75" D
