Antique Jennings Brothers Footed Jewelry/Trinket Box From the early 1900s, it features a repousse “Nouveau” silver metal art exterior with high relief raised finish of a group of people and animals on the lid and lovely detail of raised garland around all sides. The box sits on four round, almost acorn shaped feet. The box is lined with its original velvet. A lovely purple toned color that has some wear from age, but still in good condition. On the bottom are the initials “JB” for Jennings Brothers Metal Foundary, which was opened by three brothers in Bridgeport, CT, in 1890. Measures 3 3/4”x 2 1/2”
