bbbabe3715 Interesting garment. Looks like it's made from antique petticoats in modern times as the underlining is polyester. Given the length, I'm guessing it was made in the 1960's. If it's in excellent condition, there should be a BOHO bride for it. If you can do so, try showing it on someone it fits or a mannequin. You should get much more than you've asked for it. Good luck!

Yes, if you know who made it, then certainly - the length has been in vogue again. I was only guessing as it seemed you'd discovered it in some treasure trove from time ago!
