Antique Made in France French 18K Gold Dangle Earrings - Pierced Shepherd Hooks

The problem with finding French gold earrings is the fact that it is sometimes very hard to date the pieces. So with that in mind, I am guesstimating that the earrings I offer now are Victorian in age BUT there is a possibility they are Revival. Made of 18K Yellow Gold - hallmarked with 2 poincons on the earwire that are so small I am sure they don't show in my photos - the dangle drop earrings are for pierced ears and feature shepherd hook findings. Length from top of the earwire to bottom measures 1-1/2"; width is 1/2". Combined weight of the pair is 2 grams. Yes, VERY lightweight earrings. Condition of the fronts is perfect with no problem I can spot. On the reverse, at the back of the bottom ball, one has a small dent (how that happened, I know not), the other has a maker's airhole (yes, the earrings are cast). Beautiful pierced earrings that one can wear for any occasion. Just gorgeous!
