Antique Meat Grinder Patented in 1900. Marked Universal Food Chopper in embossed letters with various dates on the side. In good condition with some wear and patina from age. The first meat grinders were hand cranked and forced meat into a metal plate that had several small holes, resulting in long things strands of meat that we recognize today. See photos.
