Antique Mid Century Floral Enamel Silver Filigree Oval Cabochon Pin Brooch

In my family for over 50 years. I believe it's from Russia or Israel, I'm not sure which, for my family has roots in both. It's an absolutely stunning pin, which is oval in shape. The beautiful enamel stone has painted flowers on a very light blue background. It's set in a silver filagree setting with a pin on the backside. I've included measurements in the photos.
