Exquisite Nippon Hat Pin Holder (modern use as a small vase), circa 19th - Edwardian era. White porcelain ceramic hand painted in blue and gold (gilt, gold leaf). Made in Japan. Marked on underside: Hand Painted NIPPON. Beautiful Art Nouveau/ Art Deco design. Each hand painted side is a beautiful variation on the floral motif. Magnify photos to appreciate fully!
